Felicidades to Profesora Angela Bailey for receiving the 2019 Premio José Martel Award as one of Sigma Delta Pi’s most outstanding chapter advisors.  Prof. Bailey’s hard work and dedication to Illinois State’s Eta Upsilon chapter was recognized at the Annual Convention of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese, held this year in San Diego, CA.
