The International Seminar Series will present a talk on India’s call centers at noon, Wednesday, Feb. 19, in the First Floor West Lounge of the Bone Student Center. Associate Professor Somnath Lahiri from the Department of Management and Quantitative Methods will give the talk titled Hello Sir/Ma’am, I’m John : India’s Call Centers and Internet Cafes.
