Military women needed for registry project

Stories about women in the military are being sought by the staff at Milner Library for a special project called Illinois Women’s Military and Civilian Memorial. Information collected will be used to establish a registry of Illinois women who served from the Civil War to the present. Illinois historical records about these women are nonexistent.
