Open Access is a means of dramatically lowering barriers to reading many publications; however, it can sometimes be difficult to determine if a publication has also undergone peer or editorial review. Here are resources to help.

Open Access Digital Theological Library

Collections of open access materials often have different focuses, such as Open Access Digital Theological Library which collects materials about religious studies and related disciplines.

How do you make a book free for everyone? Unglue.It

Unglue.It is a nonprofit program that works with authors and publishers to place books into the public domain by agreeing on a price and then crowdsourcing the funds to pay the rights holder to issue the book under a Creative Commons license.

Open Access Week at Milner Library
