Wonsook Kim School of Art is pleased to announce the opening of this year’s Central Illinois High School Art Exhibition. The exhibition is free and open to the public and will be on view February 4 through February 15 in the Center for the Visual Arts (CVA), room 110 during select hours.
Normal Editions Workshop in the Wonsook Kim School of Art will host Bethany Collins as visiting artist in residence February 3-7.
“Verdancies” features work by four student artists currently studying at Illinois State and explores the complexities that surface when one truly discerns the greenness of something.
“An Infinite and Omnivorous Sky,” a group exhibition about the mysteries and militarization of outer space, features 29 works by artists that critically engage in poetic, scientific, and geopolitical views of the cosmos.
At the Table is a series of virtual dinners and facilitated conversations that aim to build community and embrace vulnerability during these difficult times.
