The Illinois State University Board of Trustees named Dr. Aondover Tarhule as the University’s 21st president on March 18, 2024. Trustees also approved a four-year contract for Tarhule that will expire March 17, 2028.
Presidential Search Announcement
At the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees to be held on Monday, March 18, 2024, it is anticipated that the Board will consider and vote to appoint Dr. Aondover Tarhule as the twenty-first president of Illinois State University.
