Illinois State University closed February 17 due to weather

Due to the impending winter storm with forecasts for ice, heavy snow, and high winds, Illinois State University will be closed Thursday, February 17. All classes (in-person, hybrid, and online) will be cancelled and will not be delivered remotely. Residence halls and residential dining centers will remain open. All other campus buildings will be closed Thursday.

While Illinois State employees have been working remotely during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Illinois State building service workers (BSWs) have been on campus every day, protecting students, faculty, and staff with around-the-clock cleaning.
