The University Payroll Office has released the Payroll Processing Calendar for 2025. The Payroll Processing Calendar includes payment dates for employees as well as Leave and Time Approval deadlines for managers. Hourly employees are paid on a semi-monthly basis. Active employees are encouraged to elect to receive Form W-2 and Form 1095-C statements electronically.
Enroll in direct deposit: Don’t be left out in the cold
Employees should be aware of university closures and an early pay date of December 20. The University Payroll Office will be closed from 4:30 p.m. on December 20 through January 2, 2025, at 8 a.m.
