Move-In week at Illinois State University will be Monday, August 15-Sunday, August 21. To help Move-In run smoothly, University Housing is asking students, faculty, and staff members to help welcome the newest Redbirds by volunteering.

Due to the impending winter storm with forecasts for ice, heavy snow, and high winds, Illinois State University will be closed Thursday, February 17. All classes (in-person, hybrid, and online) will be cancelled and will not be delivered remotely. Residence halls and residential dining centers will remain open. All other campus buildings will be closed Thursday.
The Division of Student Affairs had previously developed a master plan for University Housing Services that provided strategic direction for residential and dining areas prior to the pandemic. Now, the division is revisiting the plan and refreshing its data and scope.

To be considered for a STAR Moment Award, a person must demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond, whether it be through outstanding customer service, helping a coworker, or stepping up in a difficult situation.
