Parking and Transportation Services has upgraded their online eBusiness service systems to streamline the permit renewal process and manage parking information.
As of August 1, the Parking and Transportation Services’ Customer Management online system allows any Illinois State University faculty, staff, student, and visitor to log in and manage their personal parking account using their ISU Central Login credentials. By integrating the University’s Central Login, all users will be able to navigate through their online parking account seamlessly without having to remember a unique username and password.
Customers who log into their account can pay and appeal a parking citation, add and remove vehicle information, and receive answers to most of their parking-related questions.
Also beginning August 1, individuals are able to purchase football tailgating (download tailgating map) and parking permits online via the Parking and Transportation website.
