Clear your mind before the stress of finals hits with Zumba Resolution at the Student Fitness Center on December 1 from 5–7 p.m. Campus Recreation’s Fitness program will be offering a 40-minute Zumba class and 20-minute Yoga class on the sport courts from 5:30–6:30 p.m. Personal trainers will also be on hand throughout the night to help you plan some healthy New Year’s resolutions as well as other goals over winter break.
You can participate in the entire evening or for just a little bit as your schedule dictates. No sign-up is required. There will also be a free giveaway for the first 200 participants, so make plans to stop by.
