Professor of Psychology Eros DeSouza and Assistant Professor of Social Work Mark Olson will present, “Is Coming Out in the Classroom Still an Occupational Hazard?” at 3:30 p.m. Friday, September 18, Stevenson Hall, room 401. The study updates previous research addressing subtle classroom bias.
Following their presentation, the two will talk about the development of their collaboration. Other college faculty members who have created similar partnerships will also speak.
The college is asking those in attendance to discuss the types of partnerships they are hoping to find with campus colleagues. This sharing of collaboration needs may lead to productive partnerships.
