Congratulations to Coach Auer and the Metcalf School baseball team on its first appearance in the Illinois Elementary School Association (IESA) State Baseball Tournament since 2000! The team beat West Lincoln Broadwell 5-2 September 26 to earn a trip to East Peoria’s East Side Center.
The Wildcats will play Effingham St. Anthony at 2 p.m. Friday, October 2. If they win their first game, they will play the following day. Go, Wildcats!
