Study Abroad Office launches new program to Costa Rica
In an effort to continue expanding study abroad opportunities for Illinois State students, the Study Abroad Office has established a new Latin American partnership with Universidad Veritas in San Jose, Costa Rica.
This new partnership is intended to be a low-cost, immersive general education program. Students who participate in this study abroad experience will take one course in Spanish and the rest of their courses in English. Students will have the opportunity to interact with local Costa Rican students around campus and in their host family placements.
The Study Abroad Office will be accepting students to participate on this program as early as fall 2016.
