February surplus removal initiative for ISU departments
All University departments are strongly encouraged to participate in clearing your areas of obsolete, broken, and/or excess equipment and furniture during the month of February. Sending your surplus to Property Control in February will ensure that those items do not appear on the 2016 annual inventory.
Your assistance throughout this month-long campaign is greatly appreciated. Please follow these four easy steps to have your surplus items removed from your area:
- Identify outdated, broken, and/or excess equipment and furniture in your area.
- Complete a Work Request/Surplus Removal Request on iServiceDesk.
- Complete the Surplus Removal Request Form to list the equipment/furniture to be removed.
- Email the completed Surplus Removal Request Form to Facilities at fac_mover@IllinoisState.edu.
