Chad Kahl, Milner, has been awarded the 2016 Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Law and Political Science Section (LPSS) Marta Lange/SAGE-CQ Press Award.

Diane Dean, WGS and COE, was appointed to the Editorial Board of Journal about Women in Higher Education, a journal of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA).

Alison Bailey, WGS, presented “What is ‘White Talk’ and Why Does it Matter?” at New Voices in Racial Justice at the University of Illinois- Springfield. She also presented “How Might We Productively Navigate Privilege-Evasive Epistemic Pushback in Feminist and Critical Race Philosophy Classes?” at the Feminist Ethics and Social Theory (FEAST) in Clearwater, Florida.
