Another LEAPForward effort entering the last stages is the implementation of the system that tracks IT support requests and changes.

While the initial phases have been completed for months, implementation of the last phase will continue to mature Illinois State’s IT processes and service to faculty, staff, and students.  This phase includes Service Level Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Reservation Management, as well as the addition of tracking capability for customer equipment such as laptops, monitors and printers.

Expected completion date for the last stage is June 30.
