Professor of English Bill McBride is helping everyone go to film school.
McBride will be leading discussions following the showing of films for the Normal Theatre’s Six Week Film School.
The Fall 2016 Six Week Film School is dedicated to Film Noir: Visual Styles and Fortune. All films will all be on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at the Normal Theatre, beginning September 21. They are free and open to the public.

The Maltese Falcon – September 21
Double Indemnity – September 28
Murder My Sweet – October 12
The Postman Always Rings Twice — October 26
Out of the Past – November 9
Chinatown – November 16
The Normal Theatre has readings that accompany each showing, but are not required. Readings can be found on the Six Week Film School website.
