The Department of Physics at Illinois State University will continue the Fall 2016 Colloquium Series at 4 p.m. Tuesday October 18, in Moulton Hall, Room 214.
Professor Nadya Mason from University of Illinois will present “Designing Superconductivity: Manipulating the Microscopics to Understand the Macroscopics.”
Mason’s current research focuses on the electronic behavior of materials such as carbon nanotubes, graphene, topological insulators, nanostructured superconductors, and other novel 1D or 2D systems.
