Join the Black Colleagues Association (BCA) for its annual potluck-style, family picnic on July 9. Bring the Redbird family to enjoy the camaraderie and share memories of time at Illinois State. BCA will make sure to bring the beats all day with Antwon George ’10 spinning on 1s and 2s.
Food will be provided until exhausted, but BCA needs help! Consider making an in-kind donation by bringing items for the picnic. Be sure to keep receipts to receive a gift credit from the University. Guests can also make an online financial contribution directly to BCA to support the picnic. Please make sure to designate “picnic” in the gift notes with this option.
All alumni organizations are invited! Please encourage membership to join BCA for the event. If any alumni or members of an organization have a canopy tent to bring, please sign up by the deadline below. The Chicago Park District requires advance notice.

Where: Jackson Park, Chicago, Groves 19A and 19B on Hayes Drive off of Lake Shore
