Professor L.J. Zigerell, along with his co-authors Annie Franco, Neil Malhotra, and Gabor Simonovits, published an article in the Journal of Experimental Political Science titled, “Developing Standards for Post-Hoc Weighting in Population-Based Survey Experiments.” The article proposes standards for reporting results from survey experiments in light of the potential that results in unweighted analyses differ meaningfully from results that are weighted so that sample characteristics better reflect population characteristics.
