After such a long winter, celebrate warmer weather by walking with Health Promotion and Wellness every Wednesday this summer! Meet a great group of people, move your muscles, and feel more energized. Attendees will join Health Promotion and Wellness staff for a 30-minute walk on varied routes through the campus.
What: Wednesday Wellness Walks
Who: Wednesday Wellness Walks are open to anyone
When: May 16 through August 15, from 12:15–12:45 p.m.
Where: Meet by the flagpole at the north end of the Quad.
Wellness walks are free and open to faculty, staff, students, and anyone else who wishes to attend. Registration is appreciated so any updates can be sent to participants should weather challenges be anticipated, or other unforeseen circumstances. Register online.
