The National Board Resource Center (NBRC) at Illinois State University and the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) have announced that the Spring 2019–2020 window for the Illinois National Board (NB) First Time Candidate Fee Subsidy opened Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at 10 a.m. and will close Sunday, May 12, 2019, at midnight.
