The Department of Philosophy seeks essays on any philosophical topic for the Scott Elliott Essay Prize 2020.

If you have written a paper for a philosophy course, especially at the 300-level, or will be working on a philosophy paper in the spring, please consider submitting your paper for this award.  The essays will be judged by the Department’s Scholarship committee and the winning essay will be awarded $500.

Eligibility: A declared philosophy major in good standing.
