Retirement recognition event   

President and Mrs. Larry Dietz will host the Faculty, Administrative/Professional, and Civil Service Retirement Reception at 5:30 p.m. Monday, June 15, at the University Residence. The event has been moved from the spring semester.  

 To receive an invitation, faculty and staff need to complete the Campus Notice of Retirement with Human Resources and return a retirement application to SURS.  Questions about the retirement process can be addressed to Todd Long at tmlong2@ilstu.edu or 438-8841 for employees with last names beginning with A – L or Cathy Hempstead at chempst@ilstu.edu or 438-3831 for employees with last names beginning with M – Z. 

 Faculty, Administrative/Professional and Civil Service staff who have already retired or will retire before June 30, 2020, will receive invitations for the Retirees Recognition Reception at the University Residence.  Any questions regarding the Retirement Recognition Event can be directed to Julie Barnhill, Director of Presidential/Trustee and University Event Services, 8-8790 or jtbarnh@ilstu.edu.
