Illinois State University faculty and staff can receive a flu shot from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, September 28, 30, and October 2, in the Bone Student Center Brown Ballroom III. Please note, these are the only three dates that flu shots will be offered to ISU faculty and staff on-campus this year.
Please schedule an appointment online. Web-booking will open Wednesday, September 23.
Flu shots will be no cost for faculty and staff members covered by a State of Illinois health insurance plan. Those visiting the flu shot clinic must bring their ISU ID and health insurance card.
