Illinois State University faculty, staff, and students can register for an on-campus vaccine clinic to be held from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 15, at the Legends Room, on the lower level of Redbird Arena. The clinic site can be accessed via the building’s north ramp entrance.

The single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available at the clinic and registration is available online.

Individuals must show their Redbird ID Card upon arrival to the clinic and be an eligible Illinois State University student or employee to receive a vaccine at the on-campus location.

Students and employees are encouraged to seek additional opportunities for vaccination. Learn more about McLean County Health Department (MCHD) and statewide vaccination sites, as well as review a listing of all vaccination sites in Illinois, which includes local pharmacies.

As outlined in the Fall 2021 plans, all students are expected to provide evidence of receiving the COVID-19 vaccination prior to the fall term. For students living in on-campus housing, records should be received prior to Move-In. For students living off-campus, records should be received by the first day of class, Monday, August 16.

Students taking courses on campus who do not provide evidence of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine will be required to participate in the COVID-19 on-campus testing program. Students who are enrolled in fall courses, who are fully vaccinated, and who upload their COVID-19 vaccination information prior to the first day of class will be entered to win scholarship and Flex Dollar incentives. Learn more about the vaccination incentive program.
