Student Health Services and Mennonite College of Nursing will be holding three Faculty/Staff Flu Shot Clinics this fall.
- Monday, September 20 (Bone Student Center, Prairie Room 9 a.m.-4 p.m.)
- Tuesday, September 21 (Bone Student Center, Prairie Room 9 a.m.-4 p.m.)
- Wednesday, September 22 (Bone Student Center, Prairie Room 9 a.m.-4 p.m.)
Faculty and staff can web-schedule appointments by logging in to the ISUÂ secure health portal. Once logged in, please click “appointments” and choose “F/S.”
Flu shots will be no cost for faculty and staff covered by a State of Illinois Health Insurance plan. Please note participants must bring insurance cards and University ID.
Please note, these are the only three dates that flu shots will be offered to ISU faculty staff on-campus this year, so schedule today.
