Finalists for the General Counsel position at Illinois State University will be on campus February 25-March 2. Each candidate will host a town hall to provide the campus community with an opportunity to meet them and ask questions. Frank Martinez
Frank currently serves as associate general counsel at Indiana University and previously served as associate general counsel at Southern Illinois University’s School of Medicine. He earned his juris doctor degree from the University of Iowa.

Jeannie Barrett
Jeannie currently serves as the senior associate general counsel at Georgia State University where she previously served as associate legal advisor. She earned her juris doctor degree from the University of Georgia.

Kristi Carman
Kristi currently serves as General Counsel at the University of West Georgia and previously served as General Counsel for the Georgia Student Finance Commission. She earned her juris doctor degree from the University of Georgia.

Craig Hoefer
Craig currently serves as senior associate general counsel at the University of Nebraska and previously served as senior associate general counsel at the University of Illinois. He earned his juris doctor degree from the College of William and Mary.
