The College of Education is seeking nominations of exceptional preschool through high school classroom teachers for their new Teacher of the Year award program.

Three awards will be conferred at the April 2023 ceremony:
- Illinois State University Teacher of the Year
- Laboratory Schools Teacher of the Year
- Teacher Legacy Award
