What is a Higi and what does it do for you?

The Higi Smart Health Station is a free and convenient way for ISU staff, students, and faculty members to be better informed about some health measures, track health numbers, learn about risk for common health conditions like heart disease and stroke, access educational health resources, and participate in self-guided care plans. The Higi measures blood pressure, heart rate, dehydration and body composition. You can download the Higi app on Android or IOS then set up an account. Login when you visit the Higi at the Student Fitness Center (SFC) and the Higi will record your numbers each time you visit. You may also use this login if you visit a Higi in another location across the United States.

The Higi Smart Health Station is located in a secluded area near the first floor elevator inside the Student Fitness Center and you do NOT need a membership to access the smart health station. If you have questions please ask staff at the Welcome Desk for assistance.
