Students can join professional staff on the Quad between Schroeder and Felmley Halls on Thursday, April 6, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., for a quick, confidential alcohol and/or cannabis screening. There will also be an informational table where individuals can find additional knowledge about alcohol, cannabis, and resources. Giveaways will be provided to participants.
The opportunity to participate in screening is invaluable; it allows individuals to prevent the development of risky or harmful behaviors, and being able to identify concerns early puts individuals in control to make decisions that can reduce the degree of harm experienced.
In the event of rain or poor weather, the event will be held in the Jaime Escalante Conference Room in Hewitt-Manchester (entrance off of College Avenue near Subway).
