School is out, but Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality has plenty of options for students, faculty, and staff to dine at this summer. Here is what is open this summer on-campus:
Bone Student Center
At the Bone Student Center, McAlister’s, Starbucks, and The Landing are open this summer. McAlister’s is a campus favorite offering delicious sandwiches, soups, salads, baked potatoes, tea, and lemonade. The Starbucks offers drink and snack options. The Landing, a custom branded dining venue featuring customizable pizza and grab-and-go food items, is open on days when Preview occurs. These venues are located on the first floor of the Bone Student Center and are open to students, faculty, staff, University visitors, and the public.
McAlister’s: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday through Friday
Starbucks: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
The Landing: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (on Preview days)
Marketplace at Linkins
Marketplace at Linkins offers an all-you-care-to-eat model featuring student favorites like the Mongolian Grill and woodfire pizzas. It is open daily except for University observed holidays. Watterson Dining Commons is completing phase two of its renovation to be completed by fall 2023. While Watterson Dining Commons is closed for the summer, the Marketplace at Linkins is open for students, faculty, staff, and official University visitors.
Breakfast hours: 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Lunch hours: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner hours: 4:30 p.m. -7 p.m.
