Note the following changes for the 2023–2024 school year:
- The Office of Parking and Transportation is implementing license plate recognition (LPR) to enforce permit requirements beginning Fall 2023. Please visit the parking website for important information about LPR. Students will be limited to one license plate/vehicle to assign to their permit. Faculty and staff may enter more than one license plate/vehicle to assign to their permit.
- Most individuals will no longer be issued a physical permit. Instead, a virtual parking permission will be tied to their license plate. It is extremely important to enter accurate license plate information during the purchase process. License plate entry requirements can be found on the parking website. License plates can be edited on the Parking Portal. Reserved Space, Laboratory School, Departmental Business, Guest, Board of Trustees and Motorcycle permits will still require a physical permit to be displayed.
- Permit effective dates are changing. Permits are now valid from August 1 to July 31 annually. Student Storage permits will be valid from August 1 to May 15 annually.
- Permit costs will now be pro-rated on a monthly basis.
