For its 50th year, the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) program wants to recognize and celebrate its legacy: our alumni! We are seeking members of our Redbird family who want to share their college and post-graduation experiences with the incoming WGSS classes.

Whether you’re local or on the other side of the world, your contribution makes a difference. If you are interested in being involved with our program, there are a few options:

  • Local Alumni Network: This fall, we are organizing professional development workshops to bring together WGSS students and local alumni. Join us in sharing your career trajectory and the skills you developed with the WGSS program.
  • Symposium panelist: Our annual WGSS Student Research Symposium is a site for undergraduate and graduate students to connect and network with WGSS scholars and professionals. Alumni are invited to participate as panelists to share their stories this spring.
  • Join our website: Our alumni page features short biographies from graduates who want to share their experiences with current WGSS classes. The website is a valuable resource for students, and we invite any alumni to send us their bios.
