Individual tickets to the 2024 Season of the Illinois Shakespeare Festival will go on sale beginning March 19, 2024. Ticket options cost $15-$48. Season tickets are also on sale, and group rates are available.

Laughter, romance, and political intrigue await you this summer at the nationally renowned Illinois Shakespeare Festival (ISF) with three artistic offerings including two Shakespeare plays—a sophisticated comedy and a bloody tragedy—as well as a world premiere of a new adaptation of Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility. Performances run from June 26 through August 3.

Sense and Sensibility by Quetta Carpenter, based on the Jane Austen novel
This world premiere version of the beloved novel follows the Dashwood sisters as they navigate the rules of 19th century courtship while undergoing an abrupt shift in circumstances that alters their fortunes, their prospects, and their destinies.

In addition to our mainstage productions, ISF produces a Theatre for Young Audiences show each season that is perfect for the whole family. This year’s selection is Campfire Macbeth, a 40-minute version of the Shakespeare classic. Everyone is welcome, and admission is free.

Summer Youth Camps
July 8-August 2

The popular Summer Camps for Youth program will return with classes for students grades 6-12. Scholarships will be available based on individual need and camp enrollment. New this year, Filmmaking Camp and Dance Camp.
