Flexibility still key in employee success

As of the posting of this information, approximately one-fourth of staff working for Illinois State University participate in either a flexible-work agreement or a remote-work agreement. Changes to these policies on flex and remote work were made in the last few years to support employee balance and support retention of our excellent faculty and staff. Policies 3.4.12 and 3.6.25 outline the conditions, approval process, and benefits of promoting an intentional work/life blend.
