The Office of International Engagement (OIE) will host monthly International Faculty Cafe events throughout the fall semester. Dr. Roopa Rawjee, OIE executive director, created the International Faculty Cafe during the 2023-24 academic year as a way for “faculty with an international heart” from across campus to come together for light refreshments and networking.
Frequent attendee Dr. Sue Hildebrandt noted, “The International Faculty Cafe has helped me connect with interesting folks from across campus who are as passionate about learning about other places, people, cultures, and languages as I am! And it’s been a great way to learn about the great work being done by the Office of International Engagement.”
The events will take place in the OIE lobby on the second floor of Fell Hall from 2:30-4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27; Wednesday, September 25; Wednesday, October 30; and Tuesday, November 19. Please RSVP for the event.
