Perry Harlow ’16, M.S. ’18, was honored when he received a scholarship from the Department of Agriculture. “Being able to receive the Harvey Woods scholarship has meant a lot to me because a lot of outstanding people in the ag field have received that scholarship when they were students at the University,” Harlow said.
Scholarship assistance was instrumental in Harlow completing an internship in Washington D.C.
