Dr. Nancy Lind just wrote and edited “Navigating the Open Road,” a book designed for graduating seniors in career development classes. Her motivation in writing the book was to ensure that university curricula are not only theory-driven but also hold a practical application.
In teaching a required course for politics and government majors on professional development, she found there were no books that met departmental needs. When she was approached by Cognella Academic Press last spring, she jumped at the chance to fill that void.
