Great news for coffee and bagel fans–Campus Dining Services is opening a second Einstein Bros. Bagels in Milner Library. The satellite location, set to open in mid-November, will feature coffee, bottled beverages, bagels and cream cheese, sandwiches, and baked goods.

Nursing alum combines her passions to support students
Linda Cooper, M.S. ’99, had her first experiences in health care at a young age. Her mother, who worked as a labor and delivery nurse, would return from the late shift with stories of the previous night. Through eyes heavy with sleep, Cooper would watch as her mother recounted tales of the people she had helped.
ISU reaches new indirect cost rate agreement
Illinois State University has completed negotiations with the United States Department of Health and Human Services for the University’s facilities and administrative (indirect) cost rate. The new rate is 45 percent (up from 44 percent) and will be effective through fiscal year 2017. Prior submissions and awards will continue to use the 44 percent rate.
