ISU immersion visit inspires education student to spring into action
The week of March 7th marked the 2016 Spring Break week for all Illinois State University students, a week to rest and refocus. Meet Chanel Howard, an ISU Special Education major student who did just that! After taking a College of Education redesigned course offered by Dr. Lucille Eckrich, Chanel observed a local High School in the East Garfield Park Community on the West-side of Chicago.
