Insulating blankets reduce Illinois State’s yearly energy consumption
Illinois State University’s Office of Energy Management completed a project on campus to cut energy consumption, a project that awarded the Office of Energy Management a rebate check from Nicor Gas for $35,030.

American Pickers TV show features Redbird’s Michigan farm
One person’s rusted old bicycle is another’s treasured antique. Illinois State Redbird Tom Irwin discovered that last summer when he and his twin brother, Jim, invited the crew from American Pickers to rummage around their family’s 183-year-old farm in Michigan.
