The Illinois State University fleet rental program has moved to the Office of Parking and Transportation. Due to recent realignments within Facilities Management, Planning and Operations, Illinois State fleet rental and garage operations have transitioned to the Office of Parking and Transportation under the direction of Parking Director Nick Stoff. Key pick-up, drop-off, and customer service staff are now housed at the Bill Waller Parking and Transportation Building.

Illinois State University operates 43 fleet vehicles for rental for university business needs. Vehicles include sedans, minivans, 12 passenger vans, and 15 passenger minibuses. Transportation Manager Tim Murry and his team maintain the fleet and university vehicles on campus. Charter bus rentals are also scheduled through fleet services.

Fleet vehicles remain in the same location, parking lot F93 by the Carter Harris Building. A convenient after-hours key drop box is located in the F93 parking lot, or keys can be returned to the parking office. The drop box inside the Carter Harris Building no longer supports fleet keys.

Fleet reservations can be made online. The Agilefleet website allows users to register as a driver or department requestor, make reservation requests, and monitor reservations in one convenient location. Fleet Dispatcher Sabrina Piper can help you through this process. Inquiries can be sent to fleetandbuses@IllinoisState.edu or (309) 438-2038.

The Bill Waller Parking and Transportation Building is located at 709 N. Main St. Office hours are 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information about services provided by the Office of Parking and Transportation, visit our website or follow us on Twitter.
