After an explosion at the South Chiller Plant, Facilities staff act swiftly to restore service to affected campus buildings with rerouting chilled water and installation of a temporary chiller until a permanent replacement could be installed this month.

Campus fire hydrant testing in July

During the month of July, Environmental Health and Safety and Facilities Management will be conducting fire hydrant maintenance and testing throughout campus.

Too hot or too cold?

Thanks to work by Facilities, the fourth and fifth floor perimeter rooms at Milner Library now have a 41 percent increase in air flow, and greatly improved temperature control in the affected areas.
