Illinois State University will welcome Atlantic Council Distinguished Fellow, J. Peter Pham to present the annual Hibbert R. Roberts Lecture. The lecture will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10th, 2023 in Room 138 inside Schroeder Hall.
