Fellow Redbirds and coffee fans, the day has finally arrived.
Illinois State University opened a new Starbucks® store in September. Starbucks® is located in the lobby of the Student Fitness Center, near the main entrance on University Street and can also be accessed through McCormick Hall from the Quad.
“Students have been asking for Starbucks® for years. In fact, we did a market research study in 2015 and Starbucks® was the coffee shop most requested by our students. We are thrilled to make this happen,” said Interim Director of Campus Dining Services Bill Legett.
In addition to expertly handcrafted beverages, customers can enjoy a selection of bakery items, including seasonal favorites just in time for fall. Starbucks® retail merchandise including travel mugs and tumblers will also be available for purchase. Flex Dollars, Redbird Dollars and credit/debit cards can be used to purchase any food or beverage item.
