The fitness program at Campus Recreation offers a variety of free fitness classes to students and members. Courses vary from Yoga Flow to Total Body Strength and can be modified to any skill level. From March 27 to April 24, Campus Recreation is giving a little extra encouragement to attend fitness classes with the #GroupGoals Fitness Incentive Program.

The #GroupGoals program is a great way to get fit while having fun with your friends! Grab a buddy(or four!) and come to 3 classes in each fitness category: cardio, mind-body, and strength. At the first class, each group member will grab a card from the group fitness class instructor and obtain an instructor signature at the end of each completed class. Once the card has 9 signatures, participants can turn the card into the front desk to redeem a free #GroupGoals T-shirt.
