Illinois State University students with an undeclared major, who also have an interest in business, can attend Camp COB from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, September 16 in the State Farm Hall of Business.
Hosted by the College of Business (COB), the workshop shows students how a career in business can increase income equality, social justice, and generational wealth. “Business graduates have an annual starting salary of $55,000,” said Dr. Tina Williams, chair of the Department of Management and Quantitative Methods, and one of the organizers of Camp COB. “The faculty and staff at the College of Business understand that ISU’s students with undeclared majors have dreams, and Camp COB is designed to help students achieve them.”
Students will learn about the alumni base that supports College of Business students and programs, new initiatives such as Real Talk Tuesdays, and new registered student organizations like Business ACUMEN.
Undeclared students can register for Camp COB here.
