As part of the ongoing commitment by Illinois State University to evaluate and expand our remote footprint and extend flexibility to staff, Human Resources and Technology Solutions have finalized forms for both:
- Remote Work Agreement
- Remote Work Extension
The two forms are now consolidated into one and allow for electronic signature and routing from staff to supervisors, review by Human Resources for position-appropriateness, and final administrative approvals. These are available to access on the Human Resources website under the “Forms” tab and utilize the technology of the software Kuali-Build to appear for review and approval notifications in My.IllinoisState.edu. Supervisors of employees with expiring remote work agreements will be contacted shortly about remote work extensions and instructions and links to complete these. We hope to offer the same value-added service soon for flexible workweek staff agreements.
